M81044/9 lead wire is a dual layer, light weight, high temperature lead wire that offers exceptional performance, making it suitable for many applications where high density cabling and harnessing are required. Besides offering size and weight advantages, the lead wire has excellent resistance to cut through, abrasion, cold flow, shrink back, notch propagation, and common chemicals. In addition, the lead wire strips and stripes easily, may be potted, and has low smoke characteristics. MIL-W-81044/9 lead wire should be considered for airframe, avionics, military vehicle, shipboard, missile.
