Split Loom Conduit Tubing holds a place of its own in a world of various types of heat shrink tubing. Split Loom may be used to protect wire, cable and hoses. Split Loom has a slit down the side of it that cuts down on installation time of assemblies. Split Loom is available in three different materials - General Purpose Polyethylene, High Temperature Nylon and Extra Flexible Polypropylene. General Purpose Polyethylene may be used in bundling applications. Nylon Split Loom works best in hot spots up to 300ºF. Polypropylene Split Loom Conduit is extremely flexible for small spaces with sharp bends. Split Loom is available in Nylon, Polyethylene, and Polypropylene.
Automotive grade flexible polyethylene loom material permits fast, easy installations and protection of harness and cable assemblies. The loom is slit full length so that it slides over the completed wire assembly easily, but closes after installation to protect the wire bundle. The slit allows for the wires to break out at any point along the cable length for custom installation.
Loom Tee Connectors are made of one-piece polyproplylene material and can easily snap together over the automotive grade loom. These fittings speed assembly and produce a neat finished appearance of cable junctions and changes in direction of the harness assemblies. They are easily mounted and removed without any special tools. The standard color is black
