The LMR® Low-Loss Coaxial Cables are part of Allied Wire and Cable’s extensive stock of Coaxial Cable. This collection of Low-Loss Coax has a variety of cables that are suitable for indoor, outdoor, Riser, Plenum, and video applications. LMR cables with PE jackets are rated for a 6 GHz maximum operating frequency and a maximum operating temperature of 85° C.
This 50 Ohm low-loss flexible coax cable is built with a shield count of two and RF shielding of 90 dB. The polyethylene (PE) jackets provide better UV and weather protection than other coax cables and are guaranteed for up to 20 years of use in the harshest weather conditions. Most coax cables use bare copper or tin or aluminum for their shield wire, but these LMR cables use tinned, oxygen-free copper for a better conductor and extended life. LMR cables also use a single oxygen-free copper-plated aluminum alloy conductor for flexibility and high conductivity.
