AWC's Football Pool is Live!
Instead of the old procedure of submitting your contact information along with your picks through here each week, we
have added the pool into our main website. All you need to do is create an account on our website (uses your email address as your
log in ID) and then log in each week to submit your picks!
To play you will need to create an account on our site by going to
http://www.awcwire.com/Login.aspx and hit the "Create a New Account" button.
Then fill in all of the required fields and hit the "Create My Account Now" button.
You will receive a confirmation email with your username. You may log in anytime, and from the "My Account" page, click on the Football Pool button to log in and make your picks.
Rules & Eligibility:
- AWC's Pro Football Pick'em Challenge is open to everyone in Purchasing
and Engineering. All entries must be submitted before the scheduled start
of each game. You may log in and modify your selections up until the game
begins. Games that have already started or have finished with be disabled.
To make or modify your selections, click on the logo of each team. Choose the total number of points for the last game of the week. Then hit "Save Selections." You may then hit the email selections button to have a copy of your picks emailed to you.
The next week's games will be available after the start of the last game of the current week.
- You will receive 1 point for each correct game winner chosen. Should the game result in a tie, no points will be awarded. The last game of the week will be considered
the tie breaker game for weekly winners. You must enter the total score of that game. The player with the most correct guesses for the week, and if necessary, with
the closest guess to the total score (without going over) will be the winner of the week. The player with the most correct guesses for the entire season (not counting play-offs)
will be considered the season winner.
Your score for the week will be posted by noon the next day under the Status Update section of the Football Pool page. We will also send out an email update announcing the winner of the week, and include an update of your status, as well as a reminder to login to make your picks for the next week.
- Weekly winners will receive a t-shirt of their choice.
