Allied Wire and Cable will once again exhibit at the National Electrical Wire Processing Technology Expo
in Milwaukee, WI. The 2008 Expo takes place Wednesday, May 21 from 9am - 4pm and Thursday, May 22
from 9am - 3pm at the Midwest Airlines Center in Milwaukee.
The annual Expo highlights new products and services that have developed within the wire processing
industry. Over 100 suppliers and service companies in the wire and cable industry will be in
attendance. Live seminars will also be given throughout the two day event.
AWC will be showing at booth #1251, so be sure to visit us and pick up a copy of our new catalog.
Personnel from AWC's Wisconsin branch, including Hans Nelson, Joe Landers and Pete Zieman will be
at the display.

Two major manufacturers have announced price increases for the months of April/May.
- General Cable/Carol Electronics: April 28, 2008. The increase, an average of 4-7%, will affect
their Carol Brand of Cord, Cordset, Industrial Flex, and Electronics.
- Belden: May 5, 2008. The average increase will be 3-5%.
