HST221-1/8 — Polyolefin Heat Shrink Tubing
HST221-1/8 tubing is part of Allied Wire & Cable’s extensive stock of heat shrink tubing. It is designed to be used in situations involving intense heat. HST221-1/8 tubing is rated for a maximum temperature of 135°C and is flame retardant, ensuring its ability to protect the cable from extreme environments. It is constructed from flexible irradiated polyolefin making it ideal for situations that require the cable to snaked around crowded areas. Along with its flexibility and resistance to heat, its resistance common fluids and solvents also allows it to protect the cable in a variety of environments. HST221-1/8 tubing is an excellent choice for insulation in electronic devices, including covering parts such as resistors and capacitors. HST221-1/8 tubing is produced according to M23053/5 military specifications for heat shrink tubing.
