LMR 400 LLPL Low Loss Plenum Cable Applications:

  • LMR-400-LLPL flexible low loss coaxial cables are used in many wireless applications requiring easily routed, low loss RF cable for in-building systems. LMR 400 LLPL is ideal for such applications as LMDS, MMDS, WLL, GPS, LMR, WLAN, WISP, WiMax, SCADA, Cellular, PCS and Paging.

LMR-400-LLPL Cable Construction:

  • Inner Conductor: Solid Bare Copper Clad Aluminum
  • Dielectric: Low-density Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)
  • Outer Conductor: Aluminum Tape
  • Outer Braid: Tinned Copper
  • Jacket: Orange Flame-Retardant Polyvinylchloride (FR-PVC)

  • Low Loss: LMR 400 LLPL provides the lowest loss of any flexible cable, comparable to the loss of semirigid hard-line cables.
  • RF Shielding: 50 dB greater than typical single shielded coax (40 dB) - multi-ply bonded foil outer conductor rated conservatively at 90 dB
  • Weatherability: LMR 400 LLPL is ideal for indoor plenum applications. Black jacketed LMR-400-LLPL Black versions are available for applications that start outdoors before entering the building.
