UL 5360

UL 5360 wire is mica and fiberglass braid insulated MGT wire. It is manufactured with glass-reinforced phlogopite mica tapes, a fiberglass braid jacket applied over the insulation, and a high-temperature saturant finish. This wire is used for internal wiring where it is not subjected to repeated flexing and not exposed to mechanical damage. UL 5360 wire is also used for the wiring of electrical heaters or similar high-temperature equipment.
