FIT Sleeving

FIT sleeving consists of tubular cable protector products made from PVC and PTFE, along with watertight corrugated PVC and zipper-style sleeving.

PVC-105 Tubing

FIT PVC-105 tubing is a thick-walled polyvinyl chloride (PVC) tubing that provides flexible protection for wiring harnesses. The inside diameter of PVC-105 tubing goes from 24 American wire gauge up to 2.5 inches. The PVC tubing is UV stabilized. It's rated for a maximum temperature of 105 degrees Celsius and is resistant to abrasion, oil, and fungi.

TFT PTFE Sleeving

Made from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), TFT thin-walled sleeving is a flexible, low-friction tubing for wiring harnesses. It's unaffected by corrosive substances and resists fungi. You can use TFT tubing over a wide temperature range from -75 C to 260 C

FNT Spiral PVC Tubing

FNT tubing is a flexible spiral wrap cable management tube tubing made from PVC. The tubing is waterproof and usable in tight quarters and raceways. It's available in 25- and 100-foot lengths. Nominal internal diameters are from 0.25 of an inch up to 1 inch. You connect FNT tubing using SLC waterproof connectors. FNT organizer tube resists oil, water, and fungi in cable raceways.

ZIP-41 Sleeving

Zipper Tubing™ is an ingenious PVC cord organizer that uses a Loc-Trac® zipper to close the tube. This allows you to open the tubing to add wires and accommodate multiple wire breakouts using the hook and loop fastener system. You can use ZIP-41 tubing in harsh environments. The product resists abrasion, chemicals, and fungi and meets the requirements of the VW-1 flammability test. Sizes are from 0.5-inch to 3 inches.

Heat Shrink Sleeving

FIT heat polyolefin shrink-sleeving is a versatile solution for creating wire harnesses and for finishing off terminations.

STF221 2:1 Heat Shrink Sleeving

STF221 is general-purpose heat shrink tubing with a low 90 C shrink temperature and a shrink ratio of 2:1. Made from a flame-resistant cross-linked polyolefin, STF221 has a wide usable temperature range from -55 C to 135 C. It is available in a variety of colors, including clear. This tubing has UL224, CSA 198, and AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 and 2 approvals (except for clear tubing) and is RoHS compliant.

SPC 3:1 Shrink Sleeving

SPC heat shrink is a heavy-walled cross-linked polyolefin heat shrink with an adhesive-lined thermoplastic bonding layer that forms a watertight seal. The shrink ratio is 3:1. SPC heat shrink has good abrasion, chemical, and water resistance. Usable temperatures are from -55 C and 110 C, and the shrink temperature is 120 C. This tubing has a 1,000-volt rating and is flame resistant. It has AMS-DTL-23053/15 Class 1 approval and is RoHS compliant.

SPCM 3:1 Heat Shrink Sleeving

SPCM is a medium-walled, thermoplastic adhesive, cross-linked polyolefin heat shrink tubing with an excellent maximum temperature rating of 200 C. The minimum temperature is -55 C, while the shrink temperature is 120 C. It is rated for 1,000 volts and has AMS-DTL-23053/15 Class 2 approval and is RoHS compliant.
