Our XHHW-3/0 3/0 gauge wire is part of our Hook Up Wire / Lead Wire line. XHHW-3/0 is a 3/0 awg wire made of a bare copper conductor with an XLPE insulation and a conductor stranding of 19/.0940. Weighing approximately 564 lbs/MFT, these wires have a voltage rating of 600 volts and a temperature rating of 90°C.
