Our RG111 coax cable contains two stranded bare copper conductors that can handle a maximum of 1,000 volts. It also has two tinned copper shields that allow for excellent durability in direct burial applications and resistance to corrosion. RG111 also features a non-contaminating Type II PVC jacket that allows for a temperature rating of -40°C to 80°C and is required by the military’s MIL-C-17 specifications for coaxial cable. The Type II PVC used to make the jacket also makes it less susceptible to attenuation when compared to Type I PVC jackets. M17/15-RG111 is the military equivalent of RG111.
