What is RG25A Coax Cable?

At Allied Wire & Cable, our RG25A Coax Cable is another addition to our lineup of coaxial cables. The construction of this cable is certainly unique from many of the others in our category of coaxial wiring solutions. Primarily, this cable is used in direct burial applications, but is capable of a plethora of other usages! It is constructed of a tinned copper conductor that has protection from a rubber dielectric, coverage from two separate tinned copper shields, and a synthetic rubber jacket. With its black coloration, this jacket helps the RG25A coax cable to meet MIL-C-17 specifications, which includes being rated for -40°C to +80°C and up to 10,000 volts. Unfortunately, Allied no longer carries this wire, so please contact us today for help finding a suitable replacement!
