This double insulated and shielded VFD tray cable is designed for use in automated servo systems and can be used to connect alternating current variable frequency drives to alternating current variable frequency motors. It is approved for up to 50 feet of open wiring to make installation easier. This cable features a PVC jacket, a foil shield, and a braid shield. This reduces issues related to voltage spikes, harmonics, and power distortions frequently associated with variable frequency drives. It can be used without jacket (exposed runs) and is permitted to be used in hazardous (classified) locations class I, Division 2.
