GXL Wire

GXL wire is a single-conductor primary automotive wire designed for high-temperature environments, especially inside engine compartments. It is built with a bare copper conductor and insulated with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), giving it excellent flexibility and reliable performance under heat and vibration. GXL wire operates within a temperature range of –40°C to +125°C, carries a 50V rating, and maintains stability in both high-heat and very low-temperature conditions. This wire meets SAE J1128 requirements, ensuring dependable quality for demanding automotive applications.
