UL 1431

UL 1431 wire is an irradiated PVC hook-up wire that is suitable for internal wiring of electronic equipment such as control systems, power supplies, computers, motor leads, and instrumentation apparatus. The irradiated cross-linked insulation will not melt or flow when overheated or contacted by a hot soldering iron. It has excellent mechanical strength, cut-through performance, and food fluid resistance. UL 1431 wire is compatible with MIL-Spec 16878/3.
