Belden 1490A is a multi-pair power limited tray cable designed for industrial instrumentation and control applications.

This cable features 36 pairs of 16 AWG, 19-strand bare copper conductors with an overall Beldfoil shield. Rated for 300V, the cable uses Polyvinylchloride (PVC) insulation and a Polyvinylchloride (PVC) jacket, with 0.074-inch jacket thickness and nominal outside diameter of 1.178 inches. The cable is approved to NEC Type PLTC/ITC/CMG and CSA Type CMG FT4 standards. E1 color coding.
