Alpha 6300/3 is composed of 3 7/32 stranded tinned copper conductors with an overall shield of aluminum/polyester foil, a stranded tinned copper drain wire, semi-rigid polyvinylchloride (SR-PVC) insulation, and polyvinylchloride (PVC) jacket materials. These cables are rated for a voltage of 300 volts and have a temperature range of -20°C to 80°C. Color coding for 6300/3 is as follows: 1 Black, 2 White, 3 Red, 4 Green, 5 Brown, 6 Blue, 7 Orange, 8 Yellow, 9 Violet, 10 Slate (Parts 6300/3, 6300/4, 6306, 6300/8, and 6300/10 only).6300/3 also holds the following ratings: UL AWM 2464, UL CM, CSA CMG, and passes both UL VW-1 and CSA FT4 flame tests.
