SXL-18 18 Gauge SXL Automotive Primary Wire

Our SXL-18 18 gauge cable is part of our Automotive Wire & Battery Cable line of Wire & Cable. SXL-18 is composed of a 16/30 stranded Bare Copper conductor with Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) insulation material. These cables have a recommended temperature range of -51°C to 125°C and weigh approximately 9.50 lbs/MFT. Since SXL wire can handle high heat, it is rated SAE J-1128 to be used in engine compartments and also meets the specifications of Ford and Chrysler products.
