Split Wire Loom Tubing comes in three different types - General Purpose Polyethylene Wire Split Loom, High Temperature Nylon Wire Split Loom and Extra Flexible Polypropylene Wire Split Loom. General Purpose Polyethylene split wire loom tubing may be used in bundling applications. Nylon Wire Split Loom works best in hot spots up to 300ºF. Flexible polyethylene is used in Automotive Split Wire Loom Tubing. It permits fast, easy installation and protects harness and cable assemblies. Automotive Wire Split Loom is slit full length so it slides over completed wire assemblies easily, but the split wire loom tubing closes after installation to protect the wire. The slit in split wire loom tubing allows the wires to break out at any point for custom installation.
Loom Tee Connectors are made of one-piece polypropylene and easily snap together over automotive grade split wire loom tubing. These fittings speed assembly and give cable junctions and direction changes in harness assemblies a finished look. They are easily mounted and removed without special tools.
