The LMR 240 Cable is one of the many low-loss coaxial cables we carry at Allied Wire and Cable. This cable features a bare copper tube inner conductor and an aluminum tape outer conductor, which enables the tightest bend radius of any cable of similar size and performance. It also features a foam PE dielectric and a tinned copper braid. This cable also has a jacket, but materials vary per product. LMR-240-FR is approved for use in mining operations per MSHA-P standards.

LMR 240 connectors are designed by Times Microwave for use with LMR-240 cable. These connectors are offered in a variety of common interface types, including F Male, N Male, 1.0/2.3 DIN, N Female, BNC Male and more. Reverse polarity, straight plug, right angle, panel mount, bulkhead jack and straight jack connectors are all available choices. LMR 240 coax connectors feature either solder or non-solder center pins. The majority of LMR-240 connectors use a crimp outer attachment in standard hex crimp sizes.
