Our NEMA HP8 Type ZHX hook-up wire is low-smoke and zero-halogen. It is designed to be flame retardant and meet Navy regulations on smoke, toxicity, and acid gas. This wire has a tinned copper conductor and irradiated cross-linked polyolefin insulation that provides good wet electrical performance and superior thermal stability. The NEMA HP8 Type ZHX wire has a maximum temperature of 125°C and is rated at 1000V.
