GXL Wire

Our GXL wire is a single-conductor primary wire used in automotive applications where high-temperature performance is required, especially in engine compartments. The wire features a bare-copper conductor that is wrapped with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, providing extreme flexibility and excellent performance in high-temperature environments. It has a recommended temperature range of -40° C to +125° C and is rated for 50V, making it a great choice for applications that require high heat resistance and those with very low operating temperatures. Our GXL wire meets the SAE-J1128 specifications, M1L-85B requirements for Ford, and MS-8900 specifications for Chrysler, ensuring its high quality and reliability.
