Additional Information

What is the difference between UL-rated wire and CSA-rated wire?

UL rated wires are certified by Underwriters Laboratories, an American organization, and CSA-rated wires are certified by the Canadian Standards Association, a Canadian safety organization. Although both organizations certify similar products at similar standards, the Organizations differ in the regulations and laws in which their certifications apply. It is important to choose the appropriate wire rating for your intended application and region.
