UL 1199

UL 1199

UL 1199 wire is ideal for the internal wiring of appliances, electronic equipment, and other applications where chemical exposure, temperature extremes, and dielectric stresses environment. This wire is suitable for immersion in gasoline, gasoline vapor, and oil at 80℃ maximum. It features an extruded PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation for high-voltage ratings. UL 1199 wire also offers exceptional savings in both weight and space.

UL 1199 Wire Specifications

UL 1199 Wire Construction:

  • Conductor: silver-plated copper. Nickel-plated copper is recommended for UL 250°C and required by CSA 250°C.
  • Insulation: heavy-wall extruded PTFE
