DL-USB2G-28B.24ESAT30.1 — Defense-Link USB2 Cable

The DL-USB2G-28B.24ESAT30.1 is a rugged Defense-Link USB 2.0 cable engineered for reliability in demanding environments. This cable features multiple silver-plated high-strength copper alloy conductors: two 24 AWG conductors (19/36 stranding) and two 28 AWG conductors (7/36 stranding), all insulated with extruded FEP for excellent electrical performance and high-temperature resistance. A 28 AWG tin-plated copper drain wire is included between dual shield layers to ensure dependable grounding.

For superior EMI/RFI protection, this Defense-Link cable employs dual shielding: an aluminum/polyester foil shield with 35% overlap and a 38 AWG tin-plated copper braid with a minimum 85% coverage. It is jacketed in a matte black flame-retardant Cablethene FR polyurethane jacket with a 0.034-inch thickness, delivering flexibility, abrasion resistance, and long-term durability.
