MIL-DTL-24643/57 (LS2UW, LS2UWA, LS2UWS)

The M24643/57 cable is a low-smoke, zero-halogen shipboard cable. It is suitable for watertight, non-flexing service. This Mil-Spec cable features paired and stranded tinned copper conductors, Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, and an LSZH cross-linked Polyolefin (XLPO) jacket. There are three variations of this cable: shielded, armored, and double shielded. This cable is suitable for use in shipboard combat systems, interior communications, and lighting and power applications that do not exceed 300V. The Mil-DTL-24643 Mil-Spec covers cables suitable for use in shipboard, communications, instrumentation, and electronic applications.
