TelcoFlex III

TelcoFlex III Cable

The TelcoFlex III cable features a single stranded tinned copper conductor, low-smoke and zero-halogen TelcoHyde insulation, and an overall natural cotton braid covering. The braid is finished with a moisture resistant, flame retardant saturant. This cable is available in a range of sizes from 14 AWG to 750 KCMIL. This cable is rated at 600V and has a temperature rating of 60°C for wet conditions and 90°C for dry conditions.

TelcoFlex III Power Cable Specifications

TelcoFlex III Construction:

  • Conductor: Stranded tinned copper conductor
  • Insulation: Limited smoke, non-halogen TelcoHyde 5221, which features a limiting oxygen rating of 35%
  • Separator: 1 mil clear mylar tape is applied over the insulation for sixes 6 AWG and larger
  • Covering: Overall natural cotton braid. A section of completed cable has a limiting oxygen index of 35%.
  • Finish: Moisture resistant and flame retardant saturant and color finisher are applied to the braid.
