TelcoFlex IV Cable
The TelcoFlex IV cable features low-smoke, zero-halogen TelcoHyde insulation an an overall natural cotton braid soaked in a moisture-resistant, fire-retardant saturant. It also includes either a bunched or rope bunched stranded tinned copper conductor, covered with an opaque mylar tape to facilitate stripping. This cable is rated at 600V and has a temperature rating of 60°C for wet conditions and 90°C for dry conditions.

TelcoFlex IV Power Cable Specifications
TelcoFlex IV Construction:
- Conductor: Class I (modified) bunched (8 and 6 AWG) and rope-bunched (4 AWG and larger) stranded tinned copper conductor
- Insulation: Limited smoke, non-halogen TelcoHyde 5221, which features a limiting oxygen rating of 35%
- Separator: 1 mil clear mylar tape is applied over the insulation for sizes 6 AWG and larger
- Covering: Overall natural cotton braid. A section of completed cable has a limiting oxygen index of 35%.
- Finish: Moisture resistant and flame retardant saturant and color finisher are applied to the braid.
