MIL-DTL-24643/37 (LS3U, LS3UA)

The M24643/37 cable is a low-smoke, zero-halogen shipboard cable. It is suitable for non-watertight, non-flexing service. This Mil-Spec cable features stranded bare copper conductors grouped into triads, Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, and an LSZH cross-linked Polyolefin (XLPO) jacket. This cable also has a copper braid shield and is available with aluminum braid armor. It is suitable for use in shipboard applications that do not exceed 300V. The Mil-DTL-24643 Mil-Spec covers cables suitable for use in shipboard, communications, instrumentation, and electronic applications.
