MIL-DTL-24643/42 (LS1SU, LS1SUA)

The M24643/42 cable is a low-smoke, zero-halogen shipboard cable. It is suitable for non-watertight, non-flexing services. This Mil-Spec cable features tinned copper conductors, Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, and an LSZH cross-linked Polyolefin (XLPO) jacket. The conductor counts in this cable vary, but all are shielded individually with a bare copper braid shield. An armored version is also available. This cable is ideal for use in shipboard applications that do not exceed 600V. The Mil-DTL-24643 Mil-Spec covers cables suitable for use in shipboard, communications, instrumentation, and electronic applications.
