MIL-DTL-24643/5 (LSMDU)

The M24643/5 cable is a low-smoke, zero-halogen shipboard cable. It is suitable for watertight, non-flexing services. This Mil-Spec cable features stranded bare copper conductors, Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) or EPR insulation, and an LSZH cross-linked Polyolefin (XLPO) jacket. This cable is ideal for use in shipboard degaussing cable applications when magnetic fields are of concern. The Mil-DTL-24643 Mil-Spec covers cables suitable for use in shipboard, communications, instrumentation, and electronic applications.
