MIL-W-5086/6 — Type VI

The M5086/6 Mil-Spec wire features a silver-plated copper conductor, PVC insulation, and a PVDF jacket. This durable cable has high chemical, heat, and corrosion resistance. While it is an aircraft cable, it is suitable for use as an electrical wire in applications where exposure to impact, abrasion, and other abuse is a concern. The M5086/6 wire has a voltage rating of 600V and a maximum temperature of 110°C. This cable is available in 8 AWG to 24 AWG. It also meets the SAE AS50861/6 specification.
