Type TC-ER Cable

Our TC-ER cable features a PVC outer jacket with nylon insulation and is rated for use in trays. TC-ER cable from Allied Wire & Cable is part of our line of Multi-Conductor Control and Power Cable. TC-ER Cable is constructed of flame retardant PVC insulation with nylon tape, surrounded by a flame retardant and sunlight resistant PVC jacket. More benefits of TC-ER Cable are good cold bend and cold impact resistance. This Cable is also oil and chemical resistant. Our TC-ER Tray Cables meet IEEE testing requirements and UL approvals.

PVC/Nylon/PVC VNTC Cable is available as VNTC Tray Cable and TC-ER cable. Our TC-ER cable is VNTC but rated for exposed runs (ER) while our VNTC Tray cable is not ER rated. We stock both shielded and unshielded TC-ER cable as well as Low-Voltage TC-ER Cable. All three types of TC-ER Tray Cable are permitted for use in Class 1, Division 2 industrial hazardous locations, as well as exposed runs by the NEC. This Tray Cable is rated to 90°C for dry locations. You can also use our TC-ER Cable in wet locations, but only up to 75°C.
