HellermannTyton sealed arrowhead mount and tie are constructed of engineered nylon with a dual TPE (thermo plastic elastomer) seal. Part number 156-03941 provides this functionality. The combination of dual seal and engineered arrowhead provide superior sealing performance for applications where protection from moisture and debris is essential. Low profile cable tie features a compact, contoured head designed to use less space in confined areas and reduce protrusions that might otherwise interfere with or damage adjacent wire insulation and hoses. The outside serration provides a smooth inside surface to further minimize indentation or damage to soft bundles while offering high tensile strength and low insertion force. This mount is sold as an assembly with the cable tie.
Pre-assembled 2-piece tie with arrowhead mount provides bundling and securing with one assembly. TPE seal protects against ingress of water and debris. Cable tie is outside serrated to reduce bundle chafing. Low profile cable tie helps bundle wires neatly to accommodate wire harnesses with smaller diameters. Low profile head won™t snag on surrounding parts and wires.
The product is made from Polyamide 6.6 heat stabilized (PA66HS); Polyamide 6.6 high impact modified, heat and UV stabilized (PA66HIRHSUV), Polyamide 6.6 heat stabilized (PA66HS), PA66HS, PA66HIRHSUV and is engineered for an operating temperature range of -40F to +221F (-40C to +105C) and is supplied in Black (BK) and should be stored in Store in a sealed package. Avoid direct heat sources and sunlight. Ideal storage conditions: 73F (22.8C), 50% RH with intended use for For Indoor and Outdoor Use.
