HellermannTyton's Cable Stacker Mount is a cable management device used to organize and mount wires and relieve congestion along wire pathways found in conveyor systems and automation equipment. Part number 151-04218 provides this functionality. These mounts feature individual cradle partitions which enable faster installs and reduced rework and improve appearance and aesthetics. The EZ Build concept holds cables in place via a proprietary compartmental design and retention pins, which separate different types of cabling and, in many cases, eliminate the need for cable ties. Cable Stackers are secured to surfaces using two screws.

Multiple cradle pockets separate power and signal runs. EZ-in / EZ-out retention pins retain wires during build out and allow future acess to add or remove wires. The product is made from Polyamide 6.6 high impact modified, heat and UV stabilized (PA66HIRHSUV) and is engineered for an operating temperature range of -40F to +230F (-40C to +110C) and is supplied in Black (BK) and should be stored in Store in a sealed package. Avoid direct heat sources and sunlight. Ideal storage conditions: 73F (22.8C), 50% RH with intended use for For Indoor and Outdoor Use.
