HellermannTyton's Clamping Convoluted Tube Clip provides a more robust securing solution than traditional convoluted tube clips. Part number 151-00621 provides this functionality. Once clamped down, the internal locking feature engages to provide extra strong retention force which is important for applications where both direct vertical and side to side load forces are a concern. Also, an internal rib feature spans the diameter of the clip which provides a secure fit around the indent found on convoluted tubing.
Extended fir tree allows for a wide range of panel thicknesses. Staggered fir tree branch design provides low insertion forces and high extraction forces. Initial fir tree serves as a locating feature for assistance in blind assembly applications.
The product is made from Polyamide 6.6 high impact modified, heat and UV stabilized (PA66HIRHSUV) and is engineered for an operating temperature range of -40F to +221F (-40C to +105C) and is supplied in Black (BK) and should be stored in Store in a sealed package. Avoid direct heat sources and sunlight. Ideal storage conditions: 73F (22.8C), 50% RH with intended use for For Indoor and Outdoor Use.
