RG 188 AU — Coaxial Cable

RG 188 AU is a precision coaxial cable engineered for high-frequency and high-temperature applications. It features a silver-coated copper clad steel conductor with 7 strands of 0.0067" wire, offering excellent strength and conductivity. The cable uses a PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) dielectric and jacket, providing superior chemical resistance and stability across a wide temperature range from -55C to 250C. With a nominal capacitance of 29.4 pF/ft and an overall silver-coated copper braid shield, it ensures low signal loss and strong protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI). RG 188 AU has a nominal impedance of 50 ohms, a conductor diameter of 0.0201", and an outer diameter of 0.105", making it ideal for aerospace, military, and high-performance RF applications demanding durability and reliable signal transmission.
